Product Description

The Mercedes-Benz 190 SL W121. Built from 1955 to 1963 as the more affordable “touring” version of the Gullwing 300 SL. Though not as fast as its bigger sibling, it was one of the first models to offer an optional removable hardtop, making it both a convertible and a coupé in one package. Ringo Starr, Grace Kelly, Alfred Hitchcock and Prince Rainier of Monaco had this car in common. This special car was our second ever family restoration project and had turned heads at multiple car meets and shows including the 2017 Dubai classic car show. Ours underwent a nut and bolt restoration around 13 years ago and comes with the special option of an original Becker radio and speaker, Webber Carburetors, as well as a 1/1 color way. The car is in excellent condition as it was restored 10 years ago. It contains zero rust, yet it needs some minor engine work which we can complete as soon as you decide on the car.
